When your Visa card is used, you'll receive an alert through text message or email. If there is fraudulent activity, you'll know within minutes allowing you to act quickly to protect your account.
How you use this service is up to you. You can choose to receive alerts when your Visa card is used for purchases over a specified amount, with online transactions, or purchases outside the United States, and more. You can even customize the purchase amount threshold, for example, setting it to only alert you for purchases over $50.
You may not know it, but First Enterprise Bank provides around-the-clock protection against debit card fraud. That's because the Visa® Debit Cards we issue are protected by FraudWatch® Plus. Through an important partner of ours, we provide industry leading technology, tools and the expertise to manage fraud. Experienced fraud analysts will work around the clock, watching for any suspicious card activity and contact you immediately if they detect potential fraud on your card.
